To listen just click on one of the players listed below. There are two streams for you to choose from. Both will open in your media player. If your computer can't handle too much stress then you may want the dialup stream. If your computer is newer and can handle something with a bit more punch, then try the broadband stream. If you are prompted with a box asking what you wish to do with the file, just save it to your desktop. Then open it with your player.
