Dominique Toulon, founder of CAPP Records, established in 1995, celebrated its 100th release earlier in 2007.

Toulon has written, produced and engineered dozens of dance releases. A board member of the San Francisco chapter of NARAS, Toulon has pinned several of his own songs as well as many of his own labels artist's on various television series such as MTV's Sweet Sixteen, Date My Mom & various VH1 reality shows.

Furthermore, he assisted & licensed other mainstream dance artists with further television placements (such as 2006 Billboard charting artist Rachel Panay on Oprah Winfrey, Doug Laurent producer/remixer of La Bouche & Culture Beat amongst several other mainstream artists). Majoring in both Music and Business in early 1989 and later on receiving accreditations from CRA (College For Recording Arts) in digital multi-track recording and engineering.

Toulon has also produced, licensed & released dozens of artists including successful international & domestic acts as Rob Mayth, Siria, Alex Megane, Brooklyn Bounce, Rikah, Fab, Special D. and many others to note.
